Our Story & Mission
The proverbial saying “You are what you Eat” reflects the close connection between what we consume and our physical and mental well-being. With backgrounds in health science and a shared passion for healthier, more sustainable living, the founders of Green Elements Nordic (GEN), Justin Joseph, PhD, based in Denmark, and Srinivasa Rao, PhD, based in Sweden, were inspired to create a place where carefully selected products come together under one roof. At GEN, every product is selected with purpose for its taste, quality, and the values behind it. We believe food is more than something on a shelf; it connects responsible growers, healthier homes, and a planet that deserves our care.
